Shipping And Delivery

 

Delivery:

Most orders will be delivered during the regular business hours of 9am - 6pm. In most cases, orders placed by 3 pm will qualify for same day delivery. However, because of weather, traffic and possible other unforeseen circumstances, VISCADA cannot always guarantee that your item will be delivered at a specific time. If you require a specific delivery time, please make sure to place your order at least 24 hours in advance, and to specify the time you need your item delivered by in the comments section of the order checkout, and VISCADA will do its best to make sure we can accommodate.

 

If you have specific instructions for the delivery driver, please make sure to specify on the checkout page.

 

Incorrect Addresses:

VISCADA will charge an additional $10 address adjustment fee if an incorrect address was entered in the checkout process and your item is already out for delivery. Please contact VISCADA immediately if your address is incorrect after placing your order. VISCADA is not responsible for any incorrect delivery due to an incorrect address provided by a customer.

 

No One Home:

If the recipient of the item is not home at the time of delivery, VISCADA delivery will place your item in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve on their arrival. VISCADA may contact the recipient to ensure he/she will be available to take possession of the item. VISCADA strongly recommends against leaving items by the recipients door, on the porch, on the yard, or other locations in the site of the public. If customer does opt for the delivery driver to leave the item in these areas, VISCADA will not be responsible for any missing or damaged items.

 

Recipient Refusal of Delivery:

If the recipient refuses to accept a delivery, you may be held fully liable for the cost of the gift.
